Here’s why - our new most aggressive ACU*VANE (3D Hunter) spins the arrow over 8 times faster than standard flexible vanes. This enables the broadhead’s smaller leading blade to create a turbulent airstream flow for the main blade. The main blade is specially designed to stay within the air stream (drafting) to greatly reduce drag and eliminate wind planing.

Answer: When you shoot the Triple Whammy Broadhead the oncoming airstream is diverted away from the larger rear blades by the front tip dispersion air foil - greatly reducing wind planning.
